CBD to aid with solid sleep
I use NJ Farms CBD oil to help with sleep. It helps me to sleep deeper. I still wake up in the middle of the night but that's age and circumstance. It’s like a miracle!
I am in need of hip surgery, however I contracted an infection from my back surgery in August. My surgeons won’t operate on my hip for one year, during which I have to be on antibiotics. I tried everything! Pain meds, dry needling, PT, acupuncture, steroid injections, and nothing worked. Night-Time Lavender
Using 0.5 ml under my tongue before bed time has improved my sleep. I think it relaxes me enough that my sleep is less interrupted.

CBD Oil Review
I take a dropper of the Night Time Lavender oil about 1 hour before bedtime. After an hour I am very relaxed and drowsy. I then have no problem falling asleep.
